How long will it take for my hold to arrive?

At this time, we have a courier who transports items from branch to branch on Mondays and Thursdays. If the title you place on hold (in advance of Monday or Thursday) is available for check out, it will be sent to your preferred branch on one of those days. Pick up at the White Hall Express may take an additional business day, but is still stocked multiple times a week.
We will use your preferred contact method to let you know when your hold has arrived and is available for pick up!
